Addictions Counselor Certification Program

Do you want to become an addictions counselor?  Many states have provisions so that people with Bachelor’s degrees or higher can become certified addicitons counselors by completing a series of trainings, an internship period and passing an exam.  AllCEUs provides the trainings to prepare you for your internship and exam.  You can take these trainings either self-study, through the AllCEUs.com unlimited access membership, or, if you want more instructor interaction and scheduling, you can sign up for our interactive online addictions certification program.  Both the self-study and the interactive program contain the same courses; however, the interactive program requires you to complete and submit assignments and participate in a weekly, online group discussion with your instructor.  You can complete the internship hours at a clinic in your area, supervised by a certified or licensed person.   Then all you have to do is take (and pass) the exam required by your state.

Our next instructor-led, online certification track for persons interested in becoming certified in addictions or co-occurring disorders counseling begins June 6th.  These courses are ideal for the person who desires some personal interaction with the instructor, needs assistance applying the information to real-life or prefers to have a bit more structure to their learning experience.   You can register for the June 6th online addictions training series by clicking here. Cost: $499.  This will take you to the addictions counselor certification training site.
