Outpatient Counseling Services

Gainesville Counseling offers online and face to face counseling to people who are dealing with issues of PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression and grief.
Our counselors view therapy as a learning process. We use a cognitive behavioral approach to learn about you, your strengths and needs, and how to better deal with life on life's terms. It is not magic, and it is not (usually) about your mother.
Online counseling offers a high level of confidentiality and comfort to people who might not ordinarily seek counseling services. With online counseling you can even lie on your own couch! We use Skype so can video conference with your therapist. Seriously, with all the benefits counseling can offer, could it hurt to try it?
Cost $60 per hour for individual, couple and family counseling sessions. We do accept MHN/Tricare
